It is Time for this week’s True Estate Snitch Wednesdays’ Properly here we go once more …. This week the snitch is snitching on the Barbados-born international superstar Rihanna and boy am I going to blow the whistle on her Real estate list. Rihanna has to some extent silently put her Beverly Hills, CA mansion on the market with an asking cost of $ 4,500,000. Apparently it was hush, hush, but you know the snitch had to snitch it out anyways! I got the whole scoop on the Beverly Hills, CA mansion Of Ms Rihanna. The $ four.5000, 000 value is a far cry from the $ six.9 million value she paid in 2009 for the mansion. Soon after moving into the house the pop star quickly located out the honeymoon was over.
She soon discovers that this residence had far more issues then she was willing to deal with. Rihanna claims the property has structural defects rendering that it’s not match for human habitation. She was so displease that Final August she took these claims to court in a lawsuit filed against the home's realtors, developers and other businesses that took element in the remodeling of the house. Apparently Rihanna wanted to divorce this location right away!!! 1 will think if the house leaks she would place it beneath her um-um-um- umbrella, (Ella ella eh eh eh). No actually on a serious note for these who are hunting to buy a residence in the future let this be a lesson to us all. We can’t go out and get a bootleg house inspector since even with a house inspector it can go incorrect. Apparently Rihanna named a house inspector in her lawsuit. Verify out the image of this property from the MLS and some that are fully furnished.
